Patterns over Formulas · Relationships with Purpose · Research from Curiosity

I first started publicly posting when I worked 900 miles away from my family, to share with them some of my happenings. After six months, we were all under one roof again and I still continue to post some of my discoveries from life's journeys.

DevOps practices bring innovative change to the business faster and with higher quality. As a technology strategist, I manage a team that delivers continuous improvement for software development. I strive to optimize and automate repetitive tasks with various systems, freeing people to focus on the really interesting and creative stuff.

Throughout my life, I do my best to follow Jesus Christ, as simply as possible: love God and love others. I am drawn to applying patterns that are biblically-based and successful.

I am energized when I can help others see their potential and begin to move forward in ways that transform their lives. In the Dye Hard Toastmasters club, I work with principles and patterns defined by Toastmasters International and tailor best practices to support the needs of club members growing in communication and leadership skills.

The picture of the puppy to the right is our 4-year old beagle Sensei. Like me, Sensei is incredibly curious and throws himself (literally!), nose first, into exploring anything new. He inspires a lifestyle of curiousity!
