• First step: Prayer! Commit the make-up of the team to God. It's His team
• Build a leadership team
• Establish team criteria
• Designate a primary contact person for anyone to reach with questions about the trip
• Create an application for potential team members
• Promote and recruit for the trip
• Select the team members
• Let team members know they are accepted!
